HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Orders can be placed online or by phone at (909) 509-5185 to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. The normal production time is 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the order. However, production time may vary depending on the size & complexity of your order, pending stock availability, and payment approval.

WHEN DO YOU SHIP THE ORDERS AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

You can sign in to your MugBargain account to verify your estimated delivery date. Typically, our orders arrive within the date provided, but stock availability, payment approval, and time requirements for the printing process might cause your order to arrive later than the estimated date. It is recommended to place your orders far in advance of your preferred date of delivery.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum order is required to take advantage of our wholesale prices.

WHAT ARE THE IMPRINT SET-UP FEES?

Mugbargain will provide a physical sample using your supplied artwork for as low as a $75 dollar image set-up fee per artwork for each product. Depending on the complexity of the job, such as layout design and color correction, the costs may vary. Please contact our customer care to get the exact quote for your specific product.

DO WE WAIVE THE SET-UP FEE ON FUTURE ORDERS?

Yes, the set-up fee is waived on future orders that use the same artwork on the same product. However, any changes to the artwork or product will incur a new set-up fee.

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Please note the charge on your credit card statement will be listed as "Mugbargain.com".

WHAT'S YOUR SALES TAX?

Only in California.

Returns and Refunds Policies

MugBargain follows the industry standard for customized products that dictates a no return and a no refund policy. However, if an order is not well received due to a mistake on our part, we will re-print and ship the order without any additional charges.

You can request a re-print by contacting our customer service team at info@mugbargain.com or call us at (909) 509-5185. If the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will promptly start processing the re-print of the order exactly as you had originally requested, with any corrective actions if required. Any other changes in the product, logo/artwork, or imprint color in the re-print process will require our pre-approval.

Order Cancellations

As we strive to ship your orders at the earliest our team goes to work on getting the product ready as soon as an order is confirmed. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it is submitted.
