RETURN POLICY

MugBargain follows the industry standard for customized products that dictates a no return and a no refund policy. However, if an order is not well received due to a mistake on our part, we will re-print and ship the order without any additional charges.

ou can request a re-print by contacting our customer service team at info@mugbargain.com or call us at (909) 509-5185. If the error is confirmed to be on our part, we will promptly start processing the re-print of the order exactly as you had originally requested, with any corrective actions if required. Any other changes in the product, logo/artwork, or imprint color in the re-print process will require our pre-approval.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

As we strive to ship your orders at the earliest our team goes to work on getting the product ready as soon as an order is confirmed. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it is submitted.
