PLACING AN ORDER

Orders can be placed online or by phone at (909) 509-5185 to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives. The normal production time is 5-7 business days from the date of receiving the order. However, production time may vary depending on the size & complexity of your order, pending stock availability, and payment approval.

ORDER ARRIVALS

• We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Our products are shipped from multiple warehouse locations nationwide and may take up to 1 to 3 business days to be delivered based on stock availability. Shipping and arrival may be affected by observed holidays or carrier peak periods.
• Once your package is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s site while the package is delivered to their shipping facilities. Please check the status of your order online under My Account roughly one business day after you have placed your order.

MINIMUM ORDER

No minimum order is required.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are dictated by the weight of the overall order, the distance traveling, and the shipping option selected

In order to receive a shipping quote, follow these steps:

1) Compile your entire order in the online shopping cart, so that the final weight can be calculated.

2) Click on the box labeled "Estimate Shipping and Tax" (Taxes are applicable only in California)

3) Enter your country, state/province, and ZIP/postal code

All the available shipping options will be displayed with the prices for each.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover cards. We do not accept international credit cards. To avoid delay in processing your order, the name and billing address entered must match exactly as they appear on your credit card statement.

Please note the charge on your credit card statement will be listed as "FAYA, Corporation"

SALES TAX

Only in California.
